Mindfulness for Resilience Program Registration

This four-course (13 session) program is designed specifically for Art + Design students to develop coping and resilience skills through an experiential, interactive group format. Delivered in partnership with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.

Each session is one hour long with two sessions offered each week through synchronous online delivery, meaning you can login and participate from the comfort of home. Sessions are supported by handouts, guided meditations, and videos content.

Participants will also be invited to a weekly Mindful Gathering Space (hybrid, in person and online) to share, practice, and build community.
